Many do. Look for retail, hospitality or commercial in the services on each profile. The construction disciplines are the same; the difference is in programme pressure (retail and restaurant fit outs run to opening dates) and in the finishes.
Any refurbishment of non residential property: offices, shops, restaurants, hotels, clinics, schools, warehouses and the common areas of the buildings they sit in. Most contractors here specialise in workspace but carry those other sectors as secondary services.
Internal works usually do not. External changes, changes of use class, structural alterations, listed buildings and conservation areas do. Landlord consent is almost always required regardless.
