1. Who we are
Refurb Finder is a directory of office refurbishment and fit out companies operating in London. It is a trading name of Boxhall Marketing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12497129. Registered office: Office F12 Beverley Enterprise Centre, Beck View Road, Beverley, HU17 0JT. Boxhall Marketing Ltd is the data controller for any personal data processed through this website and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.

2. What data we collect
Data we do not collect
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third party tracking cookies. We do not collect personal data through the browsing of our directory pages. We do not require user registration or accounts.
Analytics
We do not run an analytics or tracking script on this site. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, gives us aggregated traffic figures from its network, such as the number of requests and the countries they came from. To deliver the site Cloudflare has to process the IP address of each request, as any web host does.
Data collected through contact
If you email us or use the contact form (for example, to request a quote, claim a listing, or report an error), we will process your name, your email address, any company name or phone number you choose to give, and the contents of your message. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email delivery provider, and you are sent an automatic confirmation with a copy of your message. If you ask to be matched with firms, we pass your enquiry and contact details to the firms we introduce you to, up to three from the directory, so that they can contact you about your project. Sending a matching request is your instruction to us to do this. Those firms then handle your details under their own privacy policies. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) or, where you have requested a service, performance of a contract.
Data about listed companies
Our directory contains information about office refurbishment companies that is sourced from public sources: each company's own website, its Companies House record, LinkedIn and trade press. This information relates to companies, not individuals, and is published under our legitimate interest in providing a useful directory service. Companies can request corrections or removal by contacting us at hello@londonofficerefurbishment.co.uk.
3. Cookies
Refurb Finder does not set any first party cookies. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.
The compare feature remembers your shortlist using your browser's local storage. That list stays on your device, is not sent to us, and can be cleared from the compare bar or your browser settings.
Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may set strictly necessary cookies required for the operation and security of the website (such as __cf_bm for bot management). These are classified as strictly necessary under PECR and UK GDPR and do not require consent. They do not track you across websites and contain no personally identifiable information.
The typeface used on this site is hosted on the site itself, so loading a page does not contact a font provider.
4. Third party services

Cloudflare and Resend are companies based in the United States, so information they handle for us may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Each states that it is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, and the data processing terms of each include the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not share, sell, or transfer any personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
5. Your rights under UK GDPR
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
