By using londonofficerefurbishment.co.uk ("the site"), you agree to the following terms.
1. About Refurb Finder
Refurb Finder is an independent directory of office refurbishment and fit out companies in London. It is a trading name of Boxhall Marketing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12497129, with its registered office at Office F12 Beverley Enterprise Centre, Beck View Road, Beverley, HU17 0JT. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or commercially connected to any listed company unless explicitly stated through a "Featured" or "Enhanced" listing label.
2. Accuracy of information
Listing information is compiled from publicly available sources and is provided for general informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any listing data.
Budget ranges, office size ranges, and specialism tags are indicative estimates based on publicly available information about each company's typical project profile. They should not be relied upon as definitive. We recommend contacting companies directly to confirm their capabilities for your specific project.
3. No endorsement
Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Refurb Finder. "Featured" and "Enhanced" listings are paid for and are labelled as such. Standard listings are free and are not influenced by any commercial relationship. Paying for a listing never changes a company's position in the alphabetical lists.
A "Verified" stamp means we have checked the company's website, Companies House record and listed services on the date shown. It is not a check of the quality of its work, its finances or its insurance.
If you use our free matching service, the firms we suggest are a starting point for your own shortlist. A suggestion is not a recommendation, and you should check each firm's credentials, insurance and references yourself before you appoint it.
4. Use of the site
You may use the site for personal and business purposes to research and compare office refurbishment companies. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute the directory data in bulk without our written permission. Occasional linking to individual pages is permitted and encouraged.
5. Third party websites
Our directory contains links to external company websites. These links are provided for convenience. We have no control over the content, policies, or practices of third party sites and accept no responsibility for them.
6. Limitation of liability
Refurb Finder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of this directory or from any engagement with companies listed on it. Any contract or agreement you enter into with a listed company is solely between you and that company.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
7. Company listings
Companies are listed based on publicly available information. Any company that wishes to update, correct, or remove their listing can do so by contacting hello@londonofficerefurbishment.co.uk. We deal with such requests within five working days.
8. How listings are compiled
Listings are compiled by us from public sources: each company's own website, its Companies House record, LinkedIn and trade press. Part of that checking is automated, by a program that reads the public pages of each company's website. The stamp on each profile shows when its information was gathered or last checked. The full method is set out on the how we verify page.
Unless a company has claimed its listing, nothing on its profile was written or approved by that company. Descriptions are our own summaries. We do not copy imagery from company websites, and the image on a listing is a graphic created for this site unless the company has supplied its own.
Company names and trade marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the companies listed. A listing does not mean that a company has approved, sponsored or is connected with Refurb Finder.
Client names, accreditations and figures on a profile are taken from what the company has itself published. We do not independently confirm them with the clients or awarding bodies concerned.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
